Time goes so quickly

I cannot believe that it's two years since we lost Paul.

Snooker is not the same without him and I still miss him.

Rest in Peace

Best wishes to paul's family......we miss u!

You October 30, 2007

I first started watching snooker at about the age of 8 in about 1998 and immediately took a shine to Paul Hunter. His attitude to the game was superb, he played it in the right spirit and always showed good grace in victory or defeat. He could also do things with a cue that we haven't seen before and haven't seen since.

Having followed his career, I was shocked and saddened when I first heard the news of Paul's illness and was then devistated at his death in October 2006. I can certainly say that I haven't shown the same will to watch or play snooker since his passing.

For a person to be taken away from this earth at such a young age and away from such loving family and friends is a trajedy and I just wish to pass my condolences on to his family and friends.

To add, I have just finished reading the book written by Lindsey and I think it is probably one of the best, if not the best books I have ever read. It is very moving but shows Paul to be such a good person and a fighter away from the table. I would recommend it to all.

Its so unfair

I would like to say to Pauls family that my thoughts are with you all. I know its over a year since Paul passed, but I am currently reading Unbreakable, and to read about what Paul went through is heartbreaking. To see somebody who was so full of life get taken by this horrible disease is so unfair, and I know that you must all still miss him terribly. It must have been awful to see the man you all loved, have to go through all that Paul went through. Remember the good times that you had with him, I am sure that there are many.
